Mechanics:

1. On a piece of paper, write your name, address, age, phone, signature, suking tindahan and name of the owner of the suking tindahan.

2.Enclosed 3 empty packs of any combination of Rebisco sandwich (Choco, Butter, Peanut Butter,
Cream or Strawberry ) AND Rebisco Crackers Plain.

3. Put everything inside a legal sized envelope with the following information written on the envelope:  Date when the entry was dropped (in the dropboxes)
